Fruzo Bhujia Sev, often simply referred to as Bhujia, is a popular Indian snack that originated in the city of Bikaner in the state of Rajasthan. It is made from besan (gram flour) and spices, which are mixed together to form a dough. The dough is then passed through a tool called a “sev press” or “sev maker” with fine holes, creating thin, long strands that resemble vermicelli noodles. These strands are deep-fried until they become crispy and golden in color.
